Our client, an importer of meat and fish products distributing across Europe, is looking for a driven, all-round logistics clerk:

What does your job entail?

• Order follow-up;
• Point of contact for customers with questions or complaints;
• Administrative processing of transport and delivery documents, invoicing, and purchasing administration;
• Verification of compliance with legislation;
• Reporting to the head of the logistics department;
• Stock management;
• Order follow-up;
• Administrative support for other departments: sales support, invoice preparation,...

• You have studies in logistics or business administration;
• Experience in a similar role is an asset;
• Good knowledge of Dutch, English, and preferably also German, French, or Spanish;
• Familiarity with common computer programs (MS Office and ERP);
• Stress-resistant, customer-oriented, and good communication skills;
• Solution-oriented;
• Team player;
• Jack of all trades;
• Helicopter view;
• Proactive and willing to work.
