The candidate we are looking for possesses the following qualities: *A proactive and solutions-oriented attitude. *Excellent organizational skills. *Experience in transport planning and/or warehouse management is a plus. *Good communication skills and customer focus. *Stress resistance and flexibility in a dynamic work environment. *You possess a Bachelor's degree level and an analytical/critical eye with which you can articulate your findings in a structured and clear manner. *You express yourself fluently in Dutch. Knowledge of English and German are extra advantages.

For our client, a Belgian family business located in Genk, we are looking for a Logistics Administrative Employee on a 2-shift system. As a Logistics Administrative Employee, you will be responsible for the following tasks: *Daily transport planning: together with your colleagues, you ensure the efficient and correct organization of daily transport planning. *Cost management and quality control: you monitor the cost-efficiency and quality of our transports, and you ensure that everything proceeds according to plan. *Administration and document management: in addition to planning transports, you also ensure the correct administration of our transport orders and provide the necessary CMR documents. You also offer support to drivers in case of problems. *Warehouse Management: you closely monitor incoming and outgoing stock and ensure efficient storage. *Service orientation: you offer optimal service to both our customers and our own drivers, and ensure that everyone is satisfied. *Production orders: you are responsible for preparing, planning, and following up on production orders, so that everything runs smoothly.
