PLEASE NOTE: ALL RESUMES & APPLICATIONS MUST BE IN ENGLISH Role Summary: As a Logistics Venue Manager, you’ll be at the heart of FIFA World Cup 26™ (FWC26) operations, ensuring that every delivery, movement, and setup runs seamlessly at your assigned match venue. From coordinating stock flow to overseeing essential On Location services, you’ll make sure everything behind the scenes works flawlessly so the guest experience shines on the world stage. Key Responsibilities: Drive the implementation of logistics strategies for FWC26, working closely with the Operations Team to ensure seamless execution of all logistical aspects. Coordinate and manage the movement of goods, equipment, and personnel within the venue, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use of resources. Oversee the setup and teardown of On Location services, including but not limited to: catering, hospitality, and event infrastructure. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement logistics plans that meet the needs of FWC26, while also considering the unique requirements of each match venue. Ensure compliance with FIFA regulations and guidelines for all logistical aspects. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including venue staff, suppliers, and other relevant parties. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to logistics operations, developing contingency plans as needed. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistical operations, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
