WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN YOUR NEW JOB
As Logistics Store Support, you are responsible for planning and coordinating activities related to orders and the supply of our stores. You ensure a smooth and efficient workflow in all administrative and financial processes to guarantee optimal supply of our stores and continuous support of business operations.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Close collaboration with carriers and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery processing
Control of correct transmission of orders
Ensuring error-free processing and handling of orders
Ensuring timely deliveries to our JYSK stores, avoiding delays
Coordination of changes and alignment with all involved parties
Updating and ensuring documentation of workflows in your area of responsibility
Accounting review and tracking of outstanding invoices
