Logistics Specialist - South Milan

Page Personnel - Supervise and manage inbound and outbound processes from warehouses - Interface with the commercial team to resolve any order-related issues - Supervise and organize shipment and receipt flows of products - Evaluate operational capacity and effectiveness of external logistics partners (3PL) - Supervise inventory replenishment from production sites to third-party warehouses - Manage system entry of invoices related to logistics costs and customs practices using SAP - Collaborate on defining the economic plan and contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes and warehouse activities - Monitor stock efficiency in depots and intervene in case of criticality - Monitor supplier performance through analysis of main indicators, alongside functional manager - Actively participate in setting up project initiatives aimed at achieving company goals. The fundamental requirements for the Logistics Specialist - South Milan role are as follows: - Diploma/Laureate - Previous experience in the role, even brief - Knowledge of fundamental logistics and warehouse principles - Good knowledge of English language - Experience using corporate management software - Good familiarity with Excel functions (pivot tables, search vert, etc.) - Predisposition to be part of an international environment.
