Logistics Specialist

Logistics Execution

Your main focus will be on the operational execution of our logistics processes, whose quality and sustainability are very important to us. You will be in regular contact with our logistics partners and serve as the first point of contact.

You will work closely with our Customer Service team and Demand Planning team to handle your tasks. Additionally, you will exchange information with colleagues from Sales, Finance, Marketing, or Gastronomy departments, and leverage your logistical expertise and solution competence.

The preparation and execution of inventories and warehouse audits are also part of your responsibilities, as well as the accounting control of logistics services.

Event Logistics

You will support our event managers with your logistical expertise at Red Bull events as needed.

Your organizational talent will come into play when coordinating regular meetings with our event logistics partners, as well as documenting the resulting outcomes and implementing improvements.

Process & Data Excellence

A crucial foundation to ensure the quality of all logistical processes is our process landscape. This must be kept up-to-date by adding documentation and instructions for operational activities. You will also ensure the quality of all transactional data through regular checks.

In your responsibility, it is also your task to identify optimization potential in all mentioned areas and either participate in implementing them or take full responsibility for their implementation (e.g., as part of projects).

Operational Reporting

You will use your analytical skills to extract valuable information from our data landscape on execution, costs, sustainability, etc.

The regular preparation and development of KPIs agreed upon with customers and service providers will complete your responsibilities.

Key User

As a key user of our operational systems, you will always be able to support the team in their daily business. You will also monitor data flows between our systems and those of our logistics partners with great care, and take care of any deviations.
