LOGISTICS RESPONSIBLE ITALY/ABROAD - FOOD SECTOR

e-work SpA, Labor Agency, Reggio Emilia Office, SELECTS for Client Company in the food sector a: LOGISTICS RESPONSIBLE ITALY/ABROAD. TASKS:

• Coordinate logistics activities for Italy and abroad, ensuring times, costs, and quality of service;
• Manage relationships with carriers, transporters, and customs authorities;
• Optimize logistics flows and inventory levels, coordinating with production, warehouse, and commercial office;
• Ensure compliance with customs and sanitary regulations for the export/import of food products;
• Monitor supply chain performance with dedicated KPIs;
• Supervise the logistics team and promote an environment oriented towards efficiency and collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience in the role (at least 5 years), preferably in companies in the food sector;
• Excellent knowledge of international logistics and customs practices;
• Ability to plan, problem-solve, and manage emergencies;
• Excellent knowledge of English language; knowledge of a second language is a plus;
• Confidence with digital tools and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, AS400, or equivalents).

Working hours: full-time, Monday to Friday.
