Logistics Quality Specialist

Over time, it has transformed into a growing transportation provider. We are currently seeking an Quality Assurance Specialist with experience to join our team in Querétaro. This role will work in a dynamic environment and closely collaborate with all the department. Work Shift : Monday - Saturday 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate the quality of logistics operations, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures. Develop and implement corrective actions to address any deviations or non-conformities identified during audits and inspections. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of defects or errors. Provide training and guidance to logistics personnel on quality control procedures and best practices. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, such as defect rates, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and maintain documentation of quality control procedures and processes. Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and implementation of new processes or procedures.
