Job description

Job Description Responsible for the accuracy of the key performance Indicators (KPIs) reporting for the TMC Overland North America organization for Execution, Planning Network Design and Logistic Service Providers / Carriers. The position will be working together with all the groups in the team and be the liaison between Plant and the Transport Management Center-NA Overland Team in regards to KPI's calculation. The position will play a key role as primary contact for all operational KPIs to ensure accurate reporting.
