Our Client in the ATLANTIS area, are seeking the skills of LOGISTIC ORDER DESK PLANNERS to start, immediately. Please do note, that these positions are open to South African citizens. Please do forward all resumes on to our service desk. Task and Responsibilities. We are looking for a reliable Logistics Controller who will work in the Logistics and Supply chain industry. Make booking for delivery to customers for designated schedule, following the booking cycles set out by management team. Integrate with existing systems to ensure seamless order processing. Ensure that orders are processed accurately and efficiently, with minimal errors. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any concerns in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and activities. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure continuous improvement. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and services.
