Logistics Office Employees - Freight Management and Transportation Assistants will be responsible for managing goods, monitoring transportation, and planning logistical activities, contributing to the efficiency and quality of corporate services. Main responsibilities: - Coordinate and monitor shipment and receipt processes; - Plan transportation and optimize routes; - Verify transportation documentation and manage any logistical issues; - Monitor warehouse inventory and organize movement operations; - Communicate with suppliers, customers, and couriers to ensure timely deliveries. Required qualifications: - Diploma or degree in economic or logistics field or equivalent; - Experience in the logistics/transportation sector; - Good knowledge of main computer tools (Excel, management software); - Organizational, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
