We are currently seeking a logistics Manager to join our team and drive business growth.

As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Operation Manager to formulate business plans, goals and strategies for the meats products supply and transport division. You will be a key contact with all stakeholders in the Supply Chain to our retailers and clients from all Sydney markets.

Responsibilities

• Determining, implementing, and monitoring purchasing, storage and distribution strategies, policies, and plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders and ensuring the consistent application of supply contract conditions.
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers to meet quality, cost and delivery requirements.
• Liaising with operation departments and customers’ requirements for outward meat products and associated forwarding transportation.
• Promote a working environment where regular interaction, sharing of information and performance feedback is encouraged.
• Act responsibly for the safety of self and others, and the environment.
