Logistics Manager
Job description
We're seeking a Logistics Manager with solid experience in operations, process control, and team leadership. RESPONSIBILITIES Design and execute the logistics strategy. Incorporate Control Tower for better day to day management, make each country manage their own operative transport, including exports. Optimize logistics costs, inventory levels, and waste. Define, monitor, and follow up on KPIs. Lead, develop, and evaluate operational and administrative teams. Negotiate with suppliers and logistics providers. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Develop and implement process improvements. Analyze and report on key performance indicators. Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives. Identify and mitigate risks. Provide guidance and support to team members. Foster a culture of continuous improvement. Monitor and control budgets. Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
