Logistiek Loketbediende

You are meticulous, customer-oriented and eager to build a more sustainable future in logistics? For our terminal in the Antwerp harbor, we are looking for an enthusiastic loketbediende who will strengthen our team.

We are a modern terminal in the heart of the Antwerp harbor. By replacing part of road transport with rail transport, we contribute daily to fewer traffic jams and a smaller ecological footprint. An important mission, which we are proud of!

Your role

As loketbediende, you are the first point of contact for truck drivers who register at our terminal. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and correctly, from administrative processing of bookings to clear communication with customers and colleagues.

Requirements

We are looking for:

• You have a secondary diploma
• You speak fluent Dutch and English. Knowledge of German and French is an asset.
• You have good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
• You take initiative, are meticulous and flexible in your work
• You are communicative, assertive and problem-solving
• You are willing to work shifts (early and late) from Monday to Friday
