Logistics Coordinator (m/w/d)

Your tasks: Preparation and processing of freight documents
Control of tours and preparation of unloading reports
Processing of customer inquiries and complaints
Maintenance and correction of shipment data in the logistics program
Compliance with agreed service levels according to customer contracts
Support for department leadership in achieving goals and process optimization
What you bring: Completed commercial training, ideally as a freight forwarder or in a logistics-related field
Funded experience in logistics and disposition
Secure handling of MS Office and knowledge of order- and warehouse-specific software
Excellent customer orientation, high self-responsibility, and proactive thinking
Very good English skills / German not necessarily required
Willingness to work shifts and on Saturdays
