Logistics Coordinator (Export Controller)

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing the entire export process for ocean shipments within the logistics team. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods, handling sensitive information, and addressing the complexities of export logistics. This Role is fully Remote. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate Export Operations Manage the end-to-end export process, including documentation, shipping, and tracking. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including carriers, brokers, and customs agents. Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers and stakeholders. Monitor and report on export operations performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes as needed. Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. Address the complexities of export logistics, including customs clearance, documentation, and compliance with regulations. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of export operations with other business functions. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
