Responsible for controlling the logistics department's budget. Responsible for reporting to central departments on logistics cost topics. Coordinate the logistics control function, with special attention to the preparation of logistics reports (BP, CF, MBR, R&O), sales and inventory forecasting, as well as monitoring savings in the designated tools (MyMeasures). Additionally, coaching of LOG associates in Controlling methodologies. Monitoring and control of Logistics KPIs.
