Logistiek Hulp Planner

You will start as a hulp planner working on administrative follow-up of transport planning; So you help with the logistical execution and completion of files and support the planning, instruction, and follow-up of logistical processes within our transportation company. We are located in Kallo. A family-owned business with a 90-person team and a spacious and modern vehicle fleet ensure that every load arrives at its destination on time.

We are looking for someone with:

• A minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience in a comparable logistical role;
• Knowledge of logistics and transport documentation;
• Strong administrative skills for document management;
• Skill in MS Excel and MS Word;
• Mastery of Dutch (good) and English (very good);
• Careful and organizational talent;
• Self-motivated with a sense of responsibility;
• Active work attitude with a willingness to develop yourself where needed.
• In addition to supporting the preparation of the planning, you also think about the follow-up of the fleet: Think here about the maintenance of trucks, tire changes, control of working materials, etc.

Requirements

Your task package as a logistical employee/planner consists of:

• You are jointly responsible for making transport plans and managing their administration;
• You synchronize the plans with the logistics head planner and support the planners;
• You manage transportation data;
• You make transport orders;
• You ensure that information is provided to customers and expediteurs.

As a logistiek bediende / hulp planner, you recognize yourself in the following points:

• You already have some years of experience in making transport plans;
