Receive and verify Invoices, performing error and inconsistency filtering to ensure governance and Compliance. Verify the correlation between merchandise entry and valid Invoice, confirm data consistency, ensuring that received merchandise matches purchase order. Integrate Invoices into the system (pre-note), rejecting documents with inconsistencies, and support logistics area, ensuring that transportation, storage, and movement operations are in compliance, acting as strategic support in risk reduction and routine optimization, focusing on the industrial sector.
