Logistics Analyst

Objective of the function Support, from an operational and analytical perspective, the processes of importation and exportation ensuring customs compliance, control of deadlines and costs, and fluid communication with Chinese suppliers and logistics partners. Main responsibilities Operation of maritime import/export (FCL/LCL) : booking requests with shipping companies, management of cut-offs, VGM, SI, and draft BL. End-to-end tracking: confirmation of embarkment, transshipment, ETA/ETD, follow-up on customs clearance, and monitoring of cargo status. Analysis of logistics flows, identification of bottlenecks, and proposal of improvements to optimize the supply chain. Coordination with suppliers and partners to ensure timely delivery and minimize costs. Development of reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions. Continuous learning and improvement of processes through training and participation in industry events.
