Schedule: Saturday to Wednesday from 07:00 am to 05:00 pm. Rest on Thursdays and Fridays.
Work equipment provided: Laptop and Cell phone.
Requirements
- High school diploma, incomplete college degree, students, graduates.
- Experience providing customer service (Desirable for at least 1 year)
- Empathy
- Good computer device management.
- Good management of What'sApp Web.
Main activities:
- Assign, edit and follow up on tickets received from the customer until their resolution within the established time for each type of ticket.
- Follow-up and support to technical engineer in administrative matters.
