Logistics Administrative Assistant

What will you do?

In this role, you are responsible for managing logistics, from and to our customers. By proactively identifying problems and building relationships, it is intended that all logistical handling will run smoothly. Your responsibilities:

• You prepare, register, and communicate orders;
• You make up transport documentation (CMR, COC, BL instructions, …);
• You create deliveries;
• You make pick lists for the warehouse;
• You control and follow up on product allocation;
• You check made load agreements with carriers;
• You coordinate customer deliveries;
• You anticipate problems with orders;
• You coordinate delivery from local stock;
• You put in order documentation for CIS countries;
• You manage and create official documentation (CoO, EUR1, HC,…);
• You work and process orders under a Letter of Credit;
• You prepare and print labels;
• You support sending maritime documentation;
• You validate and send invoices to customers.

This is a full-time job of 40 hours per week in the daytime. The working hours are between 07:00 and 17:00, and the workdays are from Monday to Friday. Despite being an international organization, you will be working in a small, tight-knit, and dynamic team. Based on your experience, you will receive a gross salary of around €3,000 per month. Of course, nice secondary employment conditions.

• Important is that you have experience making up transport documentation - CMR, COC, BL instructions;
• Computer knowledge: SAP and Microsoft office;
• You possess excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, German is a plus;
• You have at least 3 years of experience in such a function;
• You are customer-oriented!
