They are now seeking a Logistics & 3PL Manager to join their team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for managing logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers. Key responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to meet business objectives. • Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to optimize costs and service levels. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. • Analyze data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, inventory turnover, and freight costs. • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management. • Strong understanding of logistics principles, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
