LOGISTIC SPECIALIST

We are selecting a LOGISTIC SPECIALIST for an important client in the commerce sector. Responsibilities: The resource will respond directly to the logistics manager and be responsible for the operational and documentary management of national and international logistics flows (by land, sea, and air), ensuring cost optimization, respecting deadlines, and constant coordination between suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and commercial teams. Among the main responsibilities, it must manage: · Establishing/maintaining commercial relationships with suppliers and warehouse, negotiating prices and conditions · Organizing and monitoring loads to/from the Netherlands/France · Coordinating with carriers, warehouses, and commercial teams on daily/weekly load planning · Management of documentary and administrative tasks (DDT, data entry, calculation of movement and transportation costs, control and registration of invoices, support for customs practices) · Management of imports by sea and air · Management of third-party clients Requirements: The ideal candidate: · Holds a degree or diploma in Logistics, Economics, International Trade, or similar · Previous experience in analogous roles · Knowledge of customs procedures, land/sea/air transportation, Excel, and English language Work location: Verona, Quadrante Europa (VR) Reference contract: CCNL commerce - remuneration commensurate with real experience gained.
