Job description
Job Purpose/summary Dispatchers play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations between drivers, the terminal, and external partners. This position is responsible for assigning and tracking loads in Trinium, coordinating pickup and drop-off appointments through terminal websites, and providing ongoing driver support. The Mobile Dispatch ensures that drivers are equipped with the necessary information, resolves inquiries promptly, and ensures that containers are transported efficiently and on time. Additionally, this role will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal operations.
