Logistic Engineer - Supply Chain

Adecco Italia Adecco Italia Spa is seeking a resource like Logistic Engineer - Supply ChainSCOPE OF THE FUNCTION: The Logistic Engineer supports the analysis, design, and optimization of the Supply Chain, with specific focus on internal logistics, material flows, waste reduction, and operational performance. Collaborates transversally with production, warehouse, and procurement departments to ensure the efficiency of flows and contribute to continuous process improvement.RESPONSIBILITIES, TASKS, AND MANDATES: Supports the management and coordination of deliveries, shipment planning, and order confirmations based on customer requests and production forecasts; Supports the mapping and analysis of internal and external logistics (material and information) flows; Collaborates in the design of logistical layouts, movement paths, and lean supply chain logic; Proposes improvements on methods and times, workload balancing, space, and resources; Supports process simulations using software tools (e.g., Excel); Participates in standardizing logistical processes and operational documentation. Monitors and analyzes logistical-productive performance indicators (KPIs); Collects and systematizes data from ERP systems, warehouse, and production to evaluate process efficiency; Collaborates in the preparation of periodic reports for management on cycle times, resource saturation, inefficiencies. Supports coordination between departments (production, logistics, procurement) for integrated flow management; Participates in cross-functional projects (plant layout, logistical sustainability); Supports continuous improvement activities (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, etc.).REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Mechanical Engineering (preferably with a focus on Supply Chain); Basic knowledge of Supply Chain Design, industrial logistics, and planning systems; Excellent proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and modeling software; Fluent English (preferably German as a second language).
