Customer Service Coordinator Basic Salary: $2,000 - $2,500 Working Days: Mon to Fri: 9:00am - 5:30pm; Alt Sat: 9am - 1pm Address: Toh Guan Responsibilities Provide customer service support via phone and email. Preparing of shipping document and import/export documentation by adhering to the SOP in place and invoicing of order once shipments had been closed. Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed. Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing orders. Coordinate with logistics team to resolve any issues or discrepancies. Maintain accurate records and reports on customer service interactions and shipment status. Provide timely updates to customers on their orders and shipment status.
