LOGISTIC AND SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATOR

Orienta S.p.A. - Società Benefit, Pinerolo branch, is looking for a Logistic and Supply Chain Operator for a client company to be inserted within the Supply Chain, reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager. Position Description The resource will report to the Supply Chain Manager and will specialize in supervising the Supply Chain, from external supply to internal processing up to shipments to the final customer. • Warehouse coordination for sending materials for contract processing according to contractual lead times • Recording of assembly work orders in ERP and preparation of the related component kit • Management of shipments to/from the external supply chain • Management of shipments to the customer within agreed timelines • Management of warehouse stock (semi-finished, finished, and standard) for the relevant order • Monitoring of the delivery flow and contact with suppliers in case of variations and anomalies • Ensuring the correct management of materials according to quality requirements • Maintaining relationships with customer logistics with periodic updates Required Requirements • Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year of experience or Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in the role • PC usage and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite • Flexibility • Growth and self-learning approach • Organizational aptitude • Good relational skills • Knowledge of the English language We offer Full-time on-site contract, with classification and gross annual salary to be defined based on experience gained, within a structured company context.
