• Acute, sub-acute, and rehabilitation wards
• Residential aged care and community health
• Paediatric outpatient services (0-6 years)
• Home and community care outreach

• Deliver evidence-based assessment, treatment, and management across the continuum of care
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and clinical handovers
• Develop client-centred goal-directed care plans
• Supervise Grade 1 clinicians and support student training
• Lead quality improvement and service development projects
• Contribute to community education and outreach programs
• Ensure adherence to professional, safety, and infection control standards

• Bachelor's Degree in Speech Pathology
• Speech Pathology Australia registration (CPSP)
• National Police Check, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Evidence of vaccinations (COVID-19, flu, serology)
• Victorian Driver's Licence
• Ability to work across adult and paediatric populations
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
