Locum Occupational Therapist - Rural & Remote Health Service
ASAP until 7th of Dec OR Jan start until March | $75-$85 + super | Accommodation & Travel Included | Christmas Bonus

This rural & remote health service is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their dynamic multidisciplinary team from 20 October 2025 to 19 April 2026 and a break in between Christmas and New Year to spend with friends and family!

About the Role

You'll deliver a diverse caseload across acute and sub-acute settings, providing inpatient and outpatient care for clients across the lifespan. From hands-on rehab to functional assessments and equipment prescription, no two days are the same - you'll enjoy true professional variety and the satisfaction of seeing the difference your work makes in a tight-knit regional community.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide evidence-based OT interventions across hospital and community settings
• Support clients in recovery, independence and quality of life
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team across the region
• Deliver outreach visits to surrounding communities (travel included)

✅ What You'll Need

• Tertiary degree as an OT
• AHPRA registration
• Current Police & Working With Children Checks - or willingess to obtain
• Vaccination & TB Questionnaire (VPD form included for completion)
• Proven experience in acute/sub-acute or rural & remote health
• Australian working rights (working holiday visa's welcome)
• Valid drivers licence
