Locum or Perm Female GP - 75% of Billings - $160/hr - DPA - Replace GP

About the Role and Practice Due to the departure of 3 of their team members a very busy bulk billing clinic in the Kalkallo area north of Melbourne is needing more female VR GPs to fill their vacancies on either a permanent or locum basis. The ability to speak a Middle Eastern language will be an advantage but not essential given the area and client demographic. Their large and loyal patient base is constantly growing with a fantastic patient retention and return rate serviced by a highly skilled and experienced team of doctors, nurses and support staff. The practice has a strong focus on preventative health care and chronic disease management, and they are looking for GPs who share this vision and can work collaboratively as part of the team to deliver high quality patient care. The clinic is well-equipped with modern facilities and technology, including digital X-ray, ultrasound and pathology services, and they have a strong commitment to professional development and continuing education for their staff.
