Locum CMO IC - Emergency Department | Murrumbidgee NSW | Up to $250 p/hr

The Opportunity:

Murrumbidgee Local Health District is seeking experienced CMOs In-Charge to support Emergency Departments across the region.

This is a great option for senior CMOs who are confident leading busy ED shifts, supporting teams on the floor and managing a mix of presentations.

You'll step into a valued role within a friendly regional hospital network, with flexible locum options starting immediately.

Clinical Environment:

• Lead ED operations and support medical and nursing teams
• Independently manage a broad mix of acute emergency presentations
• A well-structured environment with reliable consultant backup
• Space to focus on good clinical care without metro-level pressures
• A nice mix of clinical leadership and hands-on practice

Eligibility Criteria:

• General AHPRA Registration
• Significant Emergency Medicine experience at CMO IC level
• ALS2 required
• Comfortable supervising junior doctors and coordinating ED flow
• Australian working rights
