Locker Contract Management Executive - Business Development, SPX Express (1-Year Contract)

The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic, focused on acquiring business opportunities to drive Shopee to become the No. 1 e‑commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The goal is to provide buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

As a Contract Management Specialist for the SPX Express team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and compliant execution of contractual processes that support SPX Locker operations. You will manage agreements with partners and vendors, coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, and support process improvements to maintain operational readiness and governance standards.

• Manage and maintain partner and vendor agreements supporting SPX Locker operations
• Handle license agreements, contract renewals, and deployment‑related documentation
• Ensure contract records are properly tracked and maintained for operational visibility

• Coordinate approvals, endorsements, and contractual documentation with relevant internal teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and internal governance processes
• Support timely execution of agreements to avoid operational delays

• Serve as the main point of contact for contractual inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with business, legal, and operations teams to resolve contractual issues efficiently

• Support process improvements to streamline contract workflows and improve turnaround time
• Participate in initiatives to strengthen contract management efficiency and operational alignment

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
• Prior experience in contract administration, documentation management, or compliance‑related work is advantageous
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks with accuracy
