Location/Administrative Manager

Adecco For one of our clients, a recognized player in the Geneva real estate sector, we are looking for an administrative/ location manager to strengthen their team. Responsibilities - Ensure the administrative management of a mixed portfolio of buildings. - Maintain relationships with owners and tenants, particularly regarding lease agreements. - Search for new tenants and manage waiting lists. - Write and follow up on leases, amendments, notifications, and other correspondence. - Perform calculations related to rent increases and decreases (indexation, additional services, yield, etc.). - Manage terminations and follow up on disputes in collaboration with the hierarchy. - Participate in owner meetings and represent the interests of landlords in the context of procedures related to rental law. - Realize monthly lease analyses and propose a localized strategy. - Contribute to property valuation and reporting related to activity. Profile - Commercial or equivalent training. - Additional USPI/APGCI or federal real estate manager's certificate: an asset. - Confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar function. - Excellent mastery of rental law. - Perfect mastery of French at oral and written levels. - Comfortable with usual computer tools (Office, Quorum, Garaio Rem).
