Location Service Coordinator

Gi Group România is recruiting a Location Service Coordinator for one of its largest automotive dealers.

Location: Timișoara

Program: 08:00 – 17:30 (Monday-Friday)

Requirements:

• Technical studies in the field of automotive vehicles, mechanics or related;
• Prior experience in coordinating a service or auto workshop;
• Basic technical knowledge about repairing and maintaining vehicles;
• Excellent organizational and management skills for a team;
• Capacity to communicate and relate with clients;
• Knowledge of PC operation and use of management systems (ERP, etc.);
• Respect for work processes and company procedures;
• Driving license category B – mandatory condition;
• No prior criminal or conflict records;
• Knowledge of English language.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing and planning daily activities of the service;
• Coordinating and supervising a team of technicians to ensure quality standards and safety;
• Managing schedules and communicating with clients for setting terms and clarifying services requested;
• Monitoring work quality;
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures;
• Managing inventory of parts and materials needed for the service;
• Resolving any problems or complaints from clients;
• Preparing activity reports and performance indicators.
