In this role, you are the face and the engine of the establishment. You ensure a smooth operation, motivate your team, and elevate the guest experience to a higher level. You are the one who ensures everything runs smoothly – from full tables to happy faces and a smoothly running kitchen.

What will you do?
- Lead shift leaders and hospitality staff.
- BUILD a positive, open, and professional team culture.
- Keep an overview of planning, rosters, and personnel deployment.
- Watch over service, product quality, and presentation.
- Manage costs, hours, and inventory together with the operational team.
- Solve problems independently – with an eye for both people and results.
- Actively contribute to the online presence: monitor reviews, guest feedback, and brainstorm creative content.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in horeca or hospitality.
- A hospitable team player who also dares to make independent decisions.
- Stress-resistant, solution-oriented, and strong in communication.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Flexible and available, even in the evenings and on weekends.
- A key position in a forward-thinking horeca concept.
- Work with an enthusiastic and tight-knit team on an inspiring location.
