Requirements What You'll Do: Help Our Partners: Take calls, provide initial advice and provide regular updates on ongoing cases to our B2B partners in Italy, ensuring that all queries are resolved effectively and efficiently. Provide Support: Assist our partners with issues related to hotel bookings, payments, refunds, and other related matters. Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear and concise communication with our partners, keeping them informed about the status of their requests. Collaborate: Work closely with other departments to ensure issues are resolved promptly and to the satisfaction of our partners. Follow Up: Follow up with partners to ensure their satisfaction and to build strong relationships. Contribute: Contribute to the improvement of our support processes and procedures. What We're Looking For: Fluency: Native or near-native fluency in Italian and English is essential. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Customer Service: A passion for customer service and a desire to help others. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using technology and learning new software. Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment. Availability: Ability to work shifts.
