Local Security Governance and Investigation Expert

Security Management and Risk Governance

• Be responsible for and manage the local physical security management system in accordance with Bosch's governance and legal requirements (C/AUP)
• Evaluate local security risks, define mitigation measures, and monitor their effectiveness
• Evaluate the maturity of security organizations on site, identify gaps, and propose improvement points
• Advise site and regional management on security strategy, controls, and escalation procedures
• Lead risk-based audits, evaluations, and training sessions
• Foster continuous improvement by means of learned lessons and preventive measures

Investigations and Incident Management

• Conduct and coordinate local security investigations (e.g. theft, misconduct, fraud)
• Support compliance and integrity investigations in close cooperation with the legal department, HR, and corporate department
• Take interviews, evaluate evidence, and prepare clear, defensible reports
• Ensure that investigations are objective, discreet, and in accordance with local legislation
• Contribute to cause analyses and help prevent recurrence of incidents

Collaboration & Influence

• Serve as the main link between sites, regional management, and global business security
• Work across borders with stakeholders in France and the Benelux region
• BUILD TRUST WITH MANAGEMENT by finding a balance between business development and risk management
• Maintain contact with external authorities if necessary
