Local Operations Lead

Local Operations Lead For our headquarter in Milan, we are looking for a talented Team Leader who will drive and coordinate our Local Operations. Reporting to the Head Of Operations Italy you will lead a team composed of 4 Area Managers aiming to achieve the excellence in the Service Level we offer to our customers and, at the same time, offering the best experience possible to our Shoppers. You will also work on developing processes, tools and analysis to align daily operations with the broader company strategy. This role requires strong leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the local market. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in a similar role, with a proven ability to drive results and improve processes.
