Local Fiscal Logistic Generalist

The resource, after an initial onboarding period lasting two weeks at the Bologna headquarters, will work at the Capriata D'Orba office, dealing with:

Tasks

• Receive and manage orders in the company management system, coordinate with the warehouse for shipments, and maintain contact with the client.
• Generation and closure of EAD for loading and unloading.
• Transmission of accounting movements to the Customs Office.
• Analysis of accounting inventory and guarantee of circulation.
• Fiscal warehouse operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or degree;
• Good computer skills, especially in Excel;
• Accuracy;
• Propensity for analytical reasoning and problem-solving;
• Flexibility;
• Ability to manage priorities;

Offer Characteristics

• Contract: initial temporary employment contract of 6 months. CCNL Logistics and Transport, 4th level + meal vouchers worth €6.27 provided by the company;
• Workplace: Capriata D'Orba (AL);
• Work availability: Full-time, classic daytime schedule from Monday to Friday;
