Local Account Manager (LAM)

Create a unique customer experience for Expeditors' clients with total responsibility and professionalism, including:

• Understand client profiles, needs, and expectations globally

• Maintain existing business and continuously develop global business.

• Create a strategic and mutually beneficial relationship for Expeditors with clients worldwide.

Main activities:

• Manage client portfolio
• Visit clients at home to develop new business and retain existing ones
• Manage visits through Dynamics system, ensuring data integrity at all times
• Auxiliary in creating and maintaining SOPs for clients and ensure total tactical responsibility for operation and customer service teams
• Define correct expectations, both internally and externally, with clients
• Present and implement Expeditors' reporting tools and value-added solutions, internally and externally
• Start value-added solutions based on services and technology offers from Expeditors.
• Create and present KPIs
• Ensure global visibility and collaboration across the entire Expeditors network (strategic updates, KPIs, services provided, initiatives, etc.)
• Conduct continuous review of client reports and revenue analysis to identify 'at-risk' clients and negative trends
• Auxiliary in negotiating strategic business deals
• Establish a suitable mapping of client businesses to ensure a complete understanding of global client businesses, stakeholders, expenses, strategy, objectives, etc.
• Collaborate with various departments and branches through regular meetings and joint calls to promote new and existing service offers at all locations
• Have ownership, responsibility, and continuous management of the global pipeline and opportunities to ensure a healthy growth potential and faster business conclusion
• Promote marketing activities and events for Expeditors' clients
