Job description
Nomura is seeking a Loans Legal Counsel (Vice President) based in Singapore to provide mid-level legal support to SPPC, ALF, and EQS teams across Asia ex Japan. The role focuses on loan transactions, documentation, and risk mitigation with a strong emphasis on bilateral and syndicated lending.
Minimum 4 years PQE and extensive experience in private credit, acquisition financing, real estate financing, structured lending, and cross-border deals are required.
