Your new company Our client is one of the largest financial services companies in the world, and they are currently looking for a Loan Operations Officer to join their team. Your new role Timely processing of bilateral and syndication loans drawdown, rollover, rate fixing, billing, repayment, and facility fees collection Identify and collate the information required to board a new deal whilst ensuring that all documents are accurate and complete, and that all necessary approvals have been obtained Ensure that all loan facilities are properly documented and that all relevant parties are notified of any changes or updates Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Collaborate with other teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the processing of loans Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including loan officers, account managers, and credit analysts Provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed to increase efficiency and reduce costs
