Care on Call (NZ) Limited, alongside The Florence Nightingale Agency, has an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our Living My Life team. This team has an established presence within the South Island and has an exciting opportunity to grow and develop within the North Island. This is a full-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact by empowering clients and staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Work with clients to identify goals and create tailored support plans
• Oversee the daily operations of clients engaged within the Living My Life programme
• Support carers and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Coach and mentoring carers to deliver high-quality care
• Respond to queries and incidents with professionalism and care
• Foster relationships with key partners, kiritaki and their whanau

Requirements:

• Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse, Social worker, Speech and Language therapist – holding current registration.
• 2 years’ experience in health or community disability support services or community rehabilitation
• Have a sound understanding of disability practice methodologies
• Strong coordination and relationship-building skills
• Ability to develop plans, mentor staff, and uphold service standards aligned with Enabling Good Lives principles
• Office based role
• Will need flexibility to travel around the motu
• Based in Christchurch

• - Knowledge of the Enabling Good Lives Principles
