Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated truck driver to transport secure assets to Frankfurt and, if necessary, to other locations, to strengthen our operations team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe operation of an 18-ton vehicle, the safe pickup and handling of high-sensitive customer data and assets, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Tasks

In this role, you will:

• Daily pickups and secure routes support by operating an 18-ton vehicle safely and performing all pickup and delivery operations for customer data and assets.
• Ensure complete data security and protection at all times by strictly adhering to traffic laws, safety regulations, and internal security protocols.
• Support high customer satisfaction through professional service and the performance of routine maintenance work, such as blade replacement, to ensure optimal equipment operation.

Qualification

The ideal candidate should bring:

• Necessary German- and English language skills, developed through formal education or professional experience, to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Truck driver's license and the 5 modules for truck drivers (ADR certificate necessary for on-site shred service).
• Strong knowledge of general vehicle and equipment maintenance, including a basic technical understanding for tasks such as replacing a damaged blade.
• Demonstrated ability to follow established procedures and physical capacity for manual lifting and carrying customer data/assets.
