The Challenge

We are looking for an operational profile with a sense of urgency, reaction capacity, and an obsession with follow-through. Someone who coordinates active services, resolves incidents on the fly, and keeps operations stable.

What You Will Do

• Monitor active services in real-time: routes, assignments, and operational status.
• Detect and resolve incidents in a timely manner, escalating critical risks when necessary.
• Maintain constant communication with drivers, clients, and internal teams (LiveOps, Supply, Commercial, etc.).
• Record and update operational information in internal platforms with accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for improvement within daily operations.

What We Need From You

Mandatory

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, monitoring, or real-time operations.
• Multitasking ability, organization, and follow-through under pressure.
• Clear communication and a sense of urgency are non-negotiable.
• Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel.

Desirable

• Experience in last mile, marketplaces, or transportation.
