Job Title: Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent | Onsite in Lisbon, Portugal

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Onsite)
Start Date: As soon as possible

• Basis salary per 14 months: €1,100-€1,400 per month
• Monthly performance bonus: 10-15%
• Complexity Bonus: every 11 months
• Night shift (22:00-07:00): +25%
• Sundays & public holidays: +50% compensation with free time

Contract & Working Hours:

• Probation period: 3 months
• Contract: 6 months with option to extend or make permanent
• Flexible rotating shifts: 24/7 Monday to Sunday with 2 free days, or Monday to Friday

Your role:

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat
• Solve technical questions and help resolve problems
• Ensure customer satisfaction at every contact
• Register cases and feedback in internal systems

Your profile:

• Fluent Dutch (C2) and English (B2)
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication skills and customer-centric mindset
• Ready to work and start in Lisbon
