What We Offer

• Annual Base Salary: ~15,400 gross (1,100/month x 14 months)
• Language Bonus: 100/month x 11 months
• Welcome Bonus: 3,000
• Accommodation: 280/month, all bills included, for 1 year
• Meal Allowance: 7.23/day (net, meal card)
• Transport Allowance: 20/month
• Health Insurance: From day 1 (small monthly contribution free after 6 months)
• Shifts: 24/7 rotation, Monday - Sunday (2 rotational days off)

About the Role

Join Content Moderation team for a leading global social media platform. Your mission is to keep the platform safe by:

• Reviewing and moderating user-generated content
• Ensuring compliance with community guidelines
• Acting quickly and accurately to remove harmful or inappropriate content
• Escalating complex cases when necessary

Requirements

German Level: C1 (fluent)

English Level: B2 or above

Experience: No prior experience required

Availability: Full commitment to 24/7 rotational shifts, on-site in Lisbon

Skills: Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, strong decision-making

Documents : EU ID, Residence Card or Manifestação de Interesse required.
