The role focuses on helping users understand platform outputs related to price competitiveness, cost breakdowns, and should-cost estimates , while ensuring a smooth and responsive user experience. This includes answering questions, providing guidance, and resolving issues in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer support through real-time chatbot and live chat interactions. • Assist users in understanding platform outputs, including price competitiveness, cost breakdowns, and should-cost estimates. • Ensure a seamless user experience by addressing any issues or concerns promptly. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve overall user satisfaction. • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support. Requirements: • 0–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the technology or logistics industries. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse user needs. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
