Live-In Care Assistant

We are looking for two new Live-In Carers for long-term contracts for new customers we are looking to take on imminently where you will work a continuous 21-day shift followed by 7 days off before commencing your next 21-day shift. You would be responsible for meeting the support requirements of our customers, in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence. You would be expected to live in the customer’s home and assist them with daily tasks as agreed between the customer and you. This will involve providing personal care, assistance with mobility, medication management, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and other domestic duties as required. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment for our customers. The role requires a high level of physical stamina, emotional resilience, and the ability to work independently. You must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. You will need to have a valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
